Blueberry + Peach Muffins

All I can think of when I hear the word muffins is the Muffins video from wayyyyy back when. Like circa high-school-Stephanie age. I know I'm still classified as young, but thinking about how many years ago high school was makes me feel ridiculously old. How does time fly by so slowly and quickly all at the same time? Ok, enough of this! Let's talk about muffins!

These babies are dairy and gluten free and taste SO GOOD. Like the energy bites, I could not stop eating them. I made two types: blueberry and peach. I liked the peach the best, but the blueberry kind was still delicious!

As I have shared before, I snack often now. In fact, I live most of my life being hungry. I really always have. Okay, maybe I just like eating food. My family likes to say that we live to eat rather than eat to live. Just.. yup. When I used to snack, I would be left unsatisfied, or I would just eat a lot of something that wasn't healthy for me. Now, I fill up quickly and I still enjoy the taste!
